The KOH University mobile application (“App”) is operated by Follow the Fun Productions LLC, doing business as King of Hearts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect. We may collect information the following types of information when you use the App:

  • Name, email address, account login credentials

  • Subscription and purchase details and payment processing, which is handled securely by third-party processors (I.e. Apple App Store, Google Play).

    • We do NOT store full payment card details

  • App usage data: progress within training modules, feature usage, interaction data within the app

  • Device information: device type, operating system, app version, general diagnostic data, and device identifiers (such as IP address)

2. How We Use Your Information. We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the app

  • Deliver educational content and training features

  • Manage subscriptions and purchases

  • Improve app functionality and user experience

  • Communicate with you (including updates and support)

  • Send marketing communications (if you opt in)

3. Third-Party Services. We use trusted third-party services to support the App, including Supabase (authentication, data storage, and backend infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management), and Apple App Store and Google Play (payment processing). We may also use additional service providers as needed to operate and improve the app.

These providers may process information such as account data, usage data, and purchase history in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing. We do not sell your information. We may share limited data only with trusted third-party providers necessary to operate the App, process payments, deliver communications, and analyze app performance.

5. Data Retention. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the app and its services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

6. Data Security. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your Rights. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information

  • Opt out of marketing communications
